Abstract
The Integrated Nursing and Care Service (formerly Comprehensive Nursing Care Service) was introduced in July 2013 in order to reduce the burden of care for patients and “improve the quality of nursing care”.
The purpose of this report is to make a road map for expanding the Integrated Nursing and Care Service based on supply estimation of nursing personnel.
