| dc.description.abstract | 2017년을 지나면서 기본소득 실험이 전 세계로 번지고 있다. 현재 핀란드, 캐나다, 네덜란드, 스페인, 스코틀랜드, 미국, 케냐 등에서 기본소득 실험이 진행 중이거나 준비 단계에 있다. 우리나라에서도 2018년 예산안에 기본소득 실험 설계를 위한 예산이 포함돼 있어서 곧 기본소득 실험에 대한 논의가 본격화할 전망이다. 본고에서는 이러한 실험들 중 서로 간 그 성격이 뚜렷하게 구분되는 핀란드, 캐나다, 미국의 실험을 비교함으로써 이러한 고찰이 우리나라 기본소득 실험의 설계에 주는 시사점을 서술하고자 한다. |
