Abstract
본고는 일본에서 사회보장·조세제도 개혁 논의과정 중 개혁 효과를 예측하는 자료로 활용한 의료·개호비 장기추계 방식 중 개호비 추계 방식에 관한 상세한 해석을 제공한다. 장기추계 결과는 사회보장급여의 재원과 재정 건전화를 동시에 확보하는 방법을 모색하는 데 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이다.
