Abstract
청소년지원(Jugendhilfe)은 독일 아동·청소년 정책의 핵심적인 개념으로 지원의 대상에 아동, 청소년뿐만 아니라 그들의 가족까지 포함한다는 점이 주목할 만하다. 이 개념의 중심에는 청소년이 개인적 사회적으로 불이익을 받지 않으면서 성장 발달하도록 지원하고, 아동가족 친화적인 조건과 환경을 만들어 가고자 하는 독일 사회의 양육에 대한 경험적 고찰이 자리 잡고 있다.
