Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 장애인복지관에서 근무하는 직업재활 전문인력을 위한 직무모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 장애인복지관 직업재활 전문인력의 직무수행에 관심을 두고 직업재활전문가의 직무 정의를 도출하고자 직무분석(job analysis)에서 자주 활용되는 DACUM(Developing A Curriculum)법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 장애인복지관 직업재활전문인력은 `장애인의 직업생활을 수행할 수 있도록 직업재활서비스 제공 업무하는 인력`으로 정의되었다. 또한, 12개의 직무와 44개의 작업이 도출된 직무모형이 도출되었다. 12개 직무는 직업상담, 직업평가, 직업재활계획수립, 직업재활프로그램운영, 직종개발, 취업알선, 지원고용, 취업 후 적응지원, 종결·사후관리, 자원개발·연계, 운영관리, 자기개발이었다. 분석된 직무모형은 직무에 대한 중요도, 난이도, 빈도를 토대로 직무 정보를 유형화하고 장애인복지관 전문인력 직무분석의 활용방안 및 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop standardized job model for vocational rehabilitation professionals who serve community rehabilitation centers by analyzing their roles, functions, and training needs. To achieve this, a job analysis guided by the developing a curriculum (DACUM) method was performed to investigate the professionals` roles and functions. Once results revealed that the professionals perform jobs involving 12 duties and 44 task elements, analyzing job types by importance, difficulty, and frequency for the tasks, was applied. Consequently, utilizing schemes based on the job types were suggested at the end of this study.
