| dc.description.abstract | 일자리 문제나 경제적인 이유로 결혼을 미루거나 포기하는 상황이 심화되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부는 저출산의 관점에서 결혼을 하지 않는 문제의 심각성을 파악하고 ‘제3차 저출산·고령사회기본계획’을 통해 미혼 인구에 집중하는 계획을 추진하고 있다. 특히 청년 일자리 정책을 전면에 부각시키고 주거 지원도 더욱 강화하고 있다. 청년 실업이 사회의 중요한 문제가 되고 있는 현실에서 청년 일자리 대책을 통해 청년의 삶에 안정을 기하는 것은 그 무엇보다 중요하며, 나아가 혼인과 출산에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 또한 비현실적으로 높은 주거비용으로 인한 문제가 해결되어야 하는 시기이다. 이에 따라 정부는 청년이 가진 문제 해결에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 정책 추진을 통해 주거 문제 및 경제적인 이유로 인한 결혼 지연이나 포기 현상이 줄어들 수 있도록 적극적인 노력을 해야 할 것이다. |
