Abstract
호주 정부는 청년 실업 문제를 해결하기 위해 취업 준비 서비스 및 노동시장 훈련을 강화하는 적극적 노동시장정책을 추진하고 있다. 장기실업 청년 등 취약계층을 위한 정책과 일반 청년을 위한 정책의 두 트랙 전략으로 청년의 노동시장 진입을 돕기 위한 정책 실험이 현재 진행 중이다.
