Abstract
베이비부머의 은퇴, 인구고령화, 경제성장 둔화 등으로 '저부담-고급여' 연금 체계는 재정적으로 지속하기가 불가능하게 되었다. 지난 10년간 OECD 국가들은 연금제도의 재정적 지속가능성을 높이기 위해 정년 연장, 조기퇴직 제한, 연금 수급액 삭감, 행정 효율성 제고, 확정기여형 연금으로의 전환 정책을 추진해 왔다. 연금 재정의 지속가능성을 높이면서 연금 소득의 적정성을 확보할 수 있는 창의적인 정책 노력이 촉구된다.
