Abstract
세계 청년 경제활동인구 5명 중 2명은 실업이나 근로빈곤에 처해 있다. 또한 전 세계적으로 2억9천만 명의 젊은이가 노동시장에도 교육·훈련에도 참여하지 않고 있는 것으로 추산된다. 청년 실업은 현 시점의 생산성에만 손실을 가져올 뿐 아니라 청년 본인과 가족에게 장기적으로 직·간접적인 영향을 미친다.
