Abstract
지카바이러스와 소두증의 과학적 인과관계가 미국 CDC에 의해 확인되었다. 모기 매개 바이러스 때문에 기형아를 출산한 일은 역사상 유례가 없었다. 지카바이러스는 처음 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 무서운 바이러스이다. 전문가들은 지카바이러스가 이 바이러스를 매개하는 이집트 숲모기에 의해 미주 전역, 아프리카 일대, 인도, 중국으로 전파될 수 있다고 보고 있다. 2016년 리우데자네이루 올림픽이 개최되는 브라질은 지금 모기와 전쟁 중이다.
