Abstract
성비 불균형과 심각한 고령화로 인해 국가의 장기적 전망이 어두워지자, 중국 공산당은 지난 10월 29일 한 자녀 정책을 폐지하기로 결정했다. 2016년 1월 1일을 기점으로 모든 중국인은 두 자녀를 둘 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 전문가들은 두 자녀 정책의 도입이 중국의 저출산과 사회·경제 문제에 큰 영향을 미치지 못할 것으로 평가하고 있다.
