Abstract
본 연구에서는 노인장기요양보험제도의 변화된 정책적 환경을 반영하여 등급체계의 개편 방안을 모색하고 노인장기요양보험에서의 치매질환자에 대한 추가적인 보호 확대를 위해 치매특별등급(가칭) 운영 모형을 개발하고자 한다.
