▣ 주요연구내용
- 2008년은 ‘국가복지정보포털’의 경우, 운영 4년차 시기로서, 그동안의 사이트활성화를 통해 많은 성과가 나타난 시기이며, ‘주민서비스포털’의 경우, 운영 1년차 시기로서 사이트활성화 보다는 운영에 있어 전반적인 안정화가 중요한 시기임
