| dc.description.abstract | 건강을 위해서는 개인의 건강행태나 유전적인 요인 등 보건 분야뿐만 아니라 비보건 분야의 환경의 개선도 필요하다. 이에 여러 국가에서는 건강영향평가에 대해 관심을 가지고 있으며, 이를 수행하기 위한 절차로 건강영향평가의 제도화를 꾀하고 있다. 미국의 건강영향평가는 중앙단위의 공식적인 규정이나 법 제도 없이 지방정부 차원에서 실시하고 있는 사례로, 우리나라의 경우와 유사하다. 미국의 주정부 차원에서의 건강영향평가 법제화 현황을 살펴본 결과, 미국에서 건강영향평가가 법제화되기까지 어려움은 있으나, 건강영향평가를 법제화하기 위한 지속적인 노력이 이어지고 있다는 점에서 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 찾을 수 있을 것이다. |
