Abstract
2013년 위험·고위험 음주로 인한 질병 비용과 중독 및 자살 사망 비용은 각각 4조 6394억 원, 3657억 원, 1조 1691억 원으로 총 약 6조 1761억 원으로 추정됨. 알코올의 폐해를 감소시키고 공중보건과 사회적 안녕에 기여할 수 있도록 분배정책과 규제정책이 조화를 이루는 종합적인 알코올 대책 마련이 필요하며, 특히 취약계층에 대한 지원 강화가 절실함.
