Abstract
사회보장제도의 성과관리는 「사회보장기본법」, 「정부업무평가기본법」, 「국가재정법」 등 법률에 근거하여 직접 조정, 재정 또는 조직·인사적 인센티브와 연계하는 다양한 방식으로 이루어지고 있음. 정책성과의 효율성 제고를 위해서 각각의 법률에 근거한 관리계획과 연계하여 성과관리의 일관성과 체계성을 확보해야 하며, 성과관리제도의 특성에 맞도록 각 제도의 기능과 목적을 명확히 하는 등 관리체계를 합리화할 필요가 있음.
