Health Impact Assessment Report 2014

Abstract

2014년의 사업내용으로는 주택사업에서의 건강영향평가를 위한 가이드라인 개발을 추진하였고, 지방자치단체 건강영향평가 시범사업으로는 시민체력증진센터 운영사업에 대한 건강영향평가, 세종시 건설활성화에 의한 건강영향평가를 실시하였다. 또한 국제건강영향평가워크숍을 개최하여 국내외 전문가의 발표 와 토론이 있었다. 본 원에서는 2008년부터 건강영향평가 시범사업을 실시해 왔고, 사업대상은 중앙정부의 정책, 지방자치단체의 사업 등이 있었다. 온라인 웹사이트를 구축하여 건강영향평가와 관련된 정보를 제공하는 한편, 건강영향평가를 실시하는 사람을 위해 건강의 결정요인별 근거자료에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 2010년부터는 세계보건기구와 유엔환경계획에서 공동운영하는 동남아시아 및 동아시아 지역환경보건포럼의 건강영향평가 Thematic Working Group회원으로서, 2010-2013년 의장기관으로서 활동하여 왔다.

The purpose of this report was to develop implementation of HIA at the local level and international cooperation with regard to HIA policy. This report is divided into three parts: the first part is about development of guidelines for housing policy and program; the second part is about pilot implementation of HIA at the local level; the third part is about the international workshop held in Seoul this year. This year’s project also included expanded provision of online database of HIA studies. The website will provide HIA platfrom of international HIA networks as well. This year’s work have shown increased need for HIA information and pilot study. International cooperation is needed to standardize skills of HIA and strengthen capacity of HIA workforce.
