| dc.description.abstract | 본 원고는 국내 금연관련 전문가 및 청소년 교육 담당자들에게 2012 미국 연방의무감 보고서의 주요 내용 및 청소년과 흡연 관련 핵심적 메시지를 요약하여 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본론에서는 청소년과 흡연을 중점과제로 처음 다루었던 1994년 미국 연방의무감 보고서 내용을 간략히 살펴보고, 해당 보고서 발표 이후 청소년과 흡연에 대해 새롭게 밝혀진 과학적 증거들, 그리고 2012년 보고서의 핵심 메시지들에 대해서 기술할 것이다. 이 원고를 통해 국내 담배규제정책에 있어서 청소년과 흡연에 대한 새로운 접근과 해결을 위한 노력들이 전개되길 기대해본다. |
