| dc.description.abstract | ○ 건강영향평가는 건강한 공공정책을 실현하는데 도움을 줌으로써 궁극적으로 국민의 건강수준을 향상시키고 건강 형평성을 개선할 수 있음. ○ 건강영향평가는 대부분의 선진국에서 시행되고 있으며 국내에서도 2010년부터 환경영향평가 내에서 시행될 예정임. 그러나 환경영향평가 내에서의 건강영향평가는 그 대상이 세 가지 사업에 제한되어 있고 물리적 환경 요인만을 평가하는 등 한계가 있음. ○ 이에 ‘건강영향평가 시스템 구축 및 운영’ 사업을 통하여 공공 정책 및 사업이 건강에 미치는 영향과 그 분포를 사전에 평가할 수 있는 체계를 구축하고자 하며 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같음. － 첫째, 각급 정부에서의 건강영향평가 수행을 지원한다. － 둘째, 건강영향평가 수행 인력을 양성한다. － 셋째, 건강영향평가를 제도적으로 도입하도록 한다. |
| dc.description.abstract | Health Impact Assessment (HIA) can be helpful for implementing healthy public policy and hence it can ultimately improve population health and health equity. HIA has been implemented in many developed countries and it will also be implemented as a part of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) in Korea starting from 2010. However, HIA in EIA is limited in that it will be applied to only three kinds of projects and it will assess the physical environmental factors. |
