| dc.description.abstract | 한국은 빠른 저출산 고령화로 인해 2020년부터 인구성장률이 마이너스가 되어 총인구의 감소 그리고 생산가능인구(15~64세)는 2017년부터 감소가 예상되고 있다. 이와 같은 생산가능인구의 감소는 기업의 생산력 저하와 국가의 국가경쟁력 저하를 초래할 것이 예상된다. 따라서 생애주기 동안 질병 및 재해를 예방하여 건강한 노동력을 유지 및 보존하는 것은 국가경쟁력 유지·제고 차원에서 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 사회안전망 확충이 필수적이며, 이의 전제조건으로서 유아기부터 청소년기. 성년기 그리고 노년기에 이르기까지 모든 일하는 사람들에 대한 산재보험에 의한 보호가 이루어져야 한자. 즉, 산재보험 사각지대 해소를 위한 가입대상과 적용범위 확대에 대한 적극적 검토가 필요하다. |
