| dc.description.abstract | -‘ 지방자치단체 복지종합 평가’는 2006년부터 2011년까지 매년 실시되고 있으며, 초기 3년간은 보건복지부에서는 직접, 방문평가를, 최근 3년간은 행정안전부의 시도 합동평가에 통합되어 간접, 서류평가를 실시 - 2006년 이후 매년 실시되고 있는 지자체 복지정책 평가의 성과는 가시적으로 나타나고 있으나 평가에 대한 지자체 관계자의 관심을 더욱 증대시키고, 평가결과의 타당성과 객관성을 갖기 위해서는 개선해야 할 점이 많음 |
