| dc.description.abstract | - 남유럽의 국가재정위기로부터 촉발된 복지지출에 대한 우려에 대하여 실증적 자료에 기반하여 OECD 국가들의 경험을 비교적 관점에서 분석한 결과, 높은 복지지출은 국가채무의 증가와 상관관계는 높으나 다른 요인들을 통제하는 경우 복지지출은 국가채무에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았음 - 따라서 복지지출 수준의 억제에 정책적 관심을 쏟기보다는 복지지출이 어떻게 사용되도록 할 것인가, 어떠한 효과를 낳도록 사용할 것인가에 주목해야 함 |
