| dc.description.abstract | - 장애연금수급자는 중도장애인들로서 재활치료 후 원직장 복귀의사가 매우 강하며, 재활서비스에 대한 욕구가 높은 장애인 일수록 국민연금 공단의 재활서비스 욕구가 강하게 나타남 - 의료, 직업 및 사회재활 서비스제공에 대해 장애인들의 특성에 따라 개별 서비스 욕구가 상이하게 나타나고 있기 때문에 장애발생 초기에 장애인들에 대한 재활상담을 통해 의료재활서비스와 직업재활 서비스 간 연계를 통해 조기 직업복귀가 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 함 |
