| dc.description.abstract | 초저출산 현상이 장기지속됨에 따라 정부에서는 2005년 저출산고령사회기본법을 제정하였다. 동 법에 근거하여 저출산고령사회에 대응하는 “지속발전가능사회”를 실현하고자 매 5년마다 단계적ㆍ전략적 목표를 설정하여 5개년 기본계획을 수립ㆍ추진하고 있다. 지난 5년간 제1차 저출산ㆍ고령사회 기본계획(2006~2010)이 추진되었으며, 1차 기본계획의 성과와 한계를 바탕으로 금년부터 제2차 저출산ㆍ고령사회 기본계획이 추진된다. 이에 본 원고에서는 제2차 저출산ㆍ고령사회 기본계획의 수립배경과 의의를 논의하고자 하였다. |
