| dc.description.abstract | 본 고에서는 유엔아동권리위원회가 2010년에 심의한 15개국 중 경제적 수준이 높은 노르웨이, 벨기에, 일본에 대한 유엔아동권리위원회의 심의 결과물을 중심으로 분석하고 유엔 아동권리위원이 심의과정에서 주요하게 다룬 주요 이슈를 파악한다. 이를 통해, 국외 아동권리협약의 이행 동향과 최근 국제사회의 관심이슈를 살펴봄으로써, 한국대표단의 심의준비에 기여하고 우리나라가 아동권리영역 중 무엇을 가장 우선적으로 이행해야 하는지 판단하는데 주요한 자료로 삼고자 한다 |
