저출산 및 인구고령화 대응 연구 : 일ㆍ가족 양립 정책의 활성화 방안 연구

Abstract

▣ 주요연구내용 - 저출산 사회에서 우리나라의 일ㆍ가족 양립 지원정책 상황 및 쟁점을 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 정책의 제도화 및 활성화를 위한 실질적 방안을 모색 - 특별히 이 과정에서 본 연구는 지금까지 구체적으로 드러나지 못한 중소기업의 현황을 심층적으로 분석함으로써 이들 기업에서 일ㆍ가정양립 활성화를 위해서는 어떠한 측면들이 강조되어야할 것인지를 파악

This study closely examines the support policy and points of dispute regarding the coexistence of working and family life in our society of low birth rate and draw up a substantial and reasonable plan to revitalize and systematize such policy. This study has significant meaning in terms of finding a government policy direction to raise business’ receptiveness to strengthening of work and family life, regardless of the size of the business and the employment status. This study finds such policy directions by closely examining the coexistence of small business and family life situations, which hasn’t been revealed much in the past. The important contexts of the study are: first, discussion about the trend of low birth rate society and support policy for coexisting work and family life, second, discussion about our present status of the support policy for coexisting work and family life and its points of disputes, third, analysis of the in depth interview research about the reality of support policy utilization and systematization, and fourth, discussion about finding ways to revitalize future-oriented policy in Korean society for coexistence of work and family life. Suggested specific plans are based on enforcement of part-time labor and establishment and increased utilization of various leave/vacation policies.
