dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 한국 어린이병원의 심리정서지원 프로그램과 기부 문화 활성화의 한계를 탐색하고, 미국 Seacrest Studios 사례를 통해 이러한 문제의 해결 가능성을 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 상급종합병원 소속 전문가 12명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하고, Colaizzi의 현상학적 접근을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, Seacrest Studios는 환아에게 자기표현의 기회를 제공하고, 보호자에게는 돌봄 부담을 경감할 수 있는 휴식의 기회를 마련함으로써 병원 환경의 긍정적 변화를 촉진할 수 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 미디어 콘텐츠를 활용한 대중과의 소통이 병원의 공익적 가치 전달 및 지속 가능한 기부 재원을 조성하는 데 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있음이 드러났다. 본 연구는 어린이병원의 안정적인 치유 환경 조성과 심리정서지원의 필요성을 강조하고, 기부 문화 활성화를 위한 실천적 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 유사 프로그램 도입을 위한 정책적 결정과 실행 전략 수립의 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
dc.description.abstract	This study aims to explore the limitations of psychological and emotional support programs and donation culture in Korean children's hospitals and to examine the potential of the Seacrest Studios model in addressing these challenges. To achieve this, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 experts from tertiary hospitals in Korea, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological approach. The findings indicate that Seacrest Studios can facilitate positive changes in the hospital environment by providing pediatric patients with opportunities for self-expression and offering caregivers much-needed respite from their caregiving responsibilities. Furthermore, leveraging media content to engage with the public was found to play a crucial role in enhancing the hospital’s public value and establishing a sustainable donation infrastructure. This study highlights the necessity of fostering a stable healing environment and psychological and emotional support in children's hospitals while providing practical strategies to promote a culture of giving. The findings can serve as a foundation for policy decisions and strategic planning for the future implementation of similar programs.
