dc.description.abstract	- 한국은 노령 및 유족 관련 공적사회지출, 노령 및 유족 급여 수급률, 순 소득대체율, 최저보장 수준이 비교 대상 유럽 8개국에 비해 현저히 낮음. 그 결과, 유럽 8개국은 중위소득 40% 기준 노인 빈곤율이 5% 내외로 매우 낮은 수준인 데 비해 한국은 22.3%의 높은 빈곤율을 기록하고 있음. - 노인 빈곤을 완화하기 위해 노령 및 유족 관련 급여의 최저보장 기능 강화, 퇴직연금·개인연금·주택연금 등 민간 연금의 기능 강화, 공적 연금의 기여율 상향 및 기여 기간 확대, 통합적 노후소득보장 모니터링 체계 구축 및 대안 도출 등 다각적 방안을 모색해야 함.
