dc.description.abstract	‘좋은 죽음’, 웰다잉을 위한 제도적 요소에는 호스피스, 연명의료 이외에도, 포괄적인 생애 말기 돌봄, 요양, 환자와 가족들을 위한 심리적 지원, 상담 등 다양한 서비스가 포함될 수 있다. 좋은 죽음의 정의는 개인의 가치관에 따라 다를 수 있고, 각자가 생애 말기에 좋은 죽음을 준비할 수 있도록 돕고자 하는 다양한 제도가 마련되어 있다. 이러한 웰다잉 관련 제도의 범위는 매우 넓기 때문에 선행 연구에서는 주로 한두 가지의 제도에 집중하여 문제점을 파악하였으며, 최근에 시행되고 있는 웰다잉 관련 제도를 포괄적으로 고찰하여 제도 간의 연관성을 고려하고 한계를 분석하여 웰다잉 관련 정책 방향을 제안하는 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 국내의 정책 현황을 반영하여 웰다잉에 대한 개인의 관점에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇이 있는지 알아보고, 웰다잉 관련 정책의 개선점을 제안할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 국내외에서 시행되고 있는 웰다잉 정책 현황을 조사하고, 호스피스·연명의료 관련 이슈 및 웰다잉 관련 서비스 등 여러 가지 웰다잉 관련 요소들에 대한 개인의 입장에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하며, 국내외 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 미래 우리 사회의 변화를 고려한 웰다잉 정책의 개선 방향을 제안해 보고자 한다.
dc.description.abstract	The components of a 'good death' can include hospice and end-of-life care, as well as related services such as comprehensive end-of-life care, nursing care, psychological support and counseling for patients and their families. While the definition of a good death may vary depending on individual values, various social systems exist to help people prepare for a good death at the end of life. Due to the broad scope of these systems, previous studies have often focused on one or two systems to identify specific problems. Relatively few studies have comprehensively examined the recently implemented well-dying systems, analyzed their interconnections and limitations, and proposed directions for related policies. In addition, there is a need for research to identify the factors that influence individuals' opinions on what constitutes a good death and to propose improvements to well-dying policies. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the current status of well-dying policies in Korea and abroad, identify factors influencing individuals' views on various well-dying-related elements such as hospice and end-of-life care issues, and propose directions for improving well-dying policies in Korea by collecting opinions from domestic and international experts.
