dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 소멸위험지역 노인의 지역사회 계속 거주를 위한 노인돌봄체계 개편 안 마련을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 첫째, 소멸위험지역의 인구 및 자원 현황 분석, 둘째, 기존 소멸위험지역 지원 정책 및 노인돌봄정책 분석, 셋째, 소멸위험지역 내 노인돌봄정책 이용자 및 관련 종사자 FGI, 넷째, 국내외 지역별 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 기반으로 소멸위험지역 노인의 지역사회 계속 거주를 위한 노인돌봄체계 개편 안을 제안하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study is to reorganize the elderly care system to support Aging in Place for older adults in extinction risk area. To this end, the study employed the following research methods. First, issues concerning the distribution of care resources were identified through an analysis of the population and resource status in at-risk regions. Second, existing policies supporting regions at risk of population extinction elderly care policy were analyzed. Third, FGIs with elderly care policy users and service providers were conducted to explore how care services are accessed and delivered in these regions. Fourth, domestic and international cases from regions facing or already experiencing extinction risks were analyzed. Based on these research findings, this study suggested the following policies.
