| dc.description.abstract | 한국의료패널조사(KHP)는 우리나라 국민의 의료 이용과 지출에 대한 대표적인 조사로, 한국보건사회연구원(KIHASA)과 국민건강보험공단(NHIS)이 공동으로 2008년부터 시행하고 있습니다. KHP는 의료 이용 및 지출에 대한 정보뿐만 아니라, 의료 이용에 영향을 미치는 사회경제적 특성, 동반질환, 건강행태와 같은 다양한 요인들에 대한 통찰을 제공합니다. 본 보고서는 2022년 기준 5,505가구에 속한 11,811명의 자료를 바탕으로 동반질환, 의료 이용 및 지출, 환자 경험, 미충족 의료 욕구, 건강행태에 대한 기술통계를 제시합니다. 이를 통해 한국 국민의 의료 이용과 지출 양상을 보다 깊이 이해할 수 있는 실증적 근거를 제공합니다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The Korea Health Panel Survey(KHP) is a nationally representative survey on healthcare utilization and expenditures for the Korean population. The KHP began in 2008 and has been administered by a consortium between the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs(KIHASA) and the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). The KHP provides not only information on healthcare utilization and expenditures but also insights into various factors affecting health care use, such as socioeconomic characteristics, comorbidities, and health behaviors. This report includes descriptive statistics on comorbidities, healthcare utilization and expenditures, patient experiences, unmet healthcare needs, and health behaviors of 11,811 individuals from 5,505 households in 2022. It provides empirical evidence to better understand healthcare utilization and expenditures among the Korean population. |
