dc.description.abstract	코로나19 팬데믹은 기존과는 다른 형태의 고용 변화를 촉발했고, 이를 통해 기존의 인구사회학적 조건과 건강이 맺는 관계를 변화시켰다는 점에서 기존의 경제 위기와 구분된다. 그러나 그 특수성에 관한 문헌의 종합적 고찰은 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인한 고용 위협이 건강에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구의 지형을 설명하고자 하였다. 고찰을 위해 2024년 2월 29일까지 발표된 국내외 문헌을 Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)에서 제시한 단계를 따라 선정하였다. 최종 선정된 47편의 문헌을 대상으로 연구 국가, 자료 수집 시기, 연구 방법과 활용 변수를 파악하고, 고용 위협과 건강의 주제 범위를 확인하였다. 고찰 결과, 실업의 건강 영향을 설명하는 경제적 박탈, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 이론 관점을 확인하였다. 장기적 영향 및 신체 건강 영향을 평가한 연구는 양적으로 부족했으며, 구조적 차별을 받는 집단의 고용과 건강 문제에 관한 연구의 공백이 확인되었다. 향후 증거 기반의 위기 대응 정책을 위해 공중보건 재난의 고용과 건강 영향 연구가 적극적으로 시도될 필요가 있다.
dc.description.abstract	The COVID-19 pandemic has induced unprecedented shifts in employment dynamics, yet a comprehensive review of its impact on health remains scarce. This study aims to delineate the landscape of research regarding the repercussions of negative employment changes on health during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a roadmap for future research endeavors. Following the methodology outlined by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), domestic and international literature up to February 29, 2024, was analyzed. Forty-seven pertinent documents were selected and categorized by country, data collection timing, research methodology, and variables employed. This review revealed the multifaceted nature of negative employment changes and health outcomes, spanning economic deprivation, social support, and stress theories to elucidate the health consequences of unemployment. However, quantitative studies on long-term impacts and physical health effects were found to be lacking, alongside gaps in research on employment and health disparities among marginalized groups. Moving forward, there is a pressing need to undertake robust investigations into the employment and health outcomes of public health crises, guiding evidence-based policy responses.
