dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 재가급여 수급자 가족의 돌봄부담을 완화하기 위해 가족돌봄자의 돌봄부담 수준에 따라 잠재집단을 유형화하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 목적을 가진다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 「2022년 장기요양 실태조사」 자료를 활용하였다. 그리고 분석과정에서는 잠재프로파일분석과 다항로짓분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 본 연구의 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재가급여 수급자 가족돌봄자의 돌봄부담 수준에 따라 ‘고부담’, ‘중부담’, ‘저-중부담’, ‘저부담’ 집단으로 유형화되었다. 둘째, 돌봄부담 유형화 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과, 수급자 및 가족돌봄자의 특성에 따라 돌봄부담 유형화 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인이 다양하게 나타나고 있음을 확인하였다. 주요 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 일상에서의 돌봄부담을 완화할 수 있도록 가족돌봄자 지원서비스 강화 및 가족돌봄휴가제도 사용 시 휴직급여 인정의 필요성을 제시하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study is to classify latent groups according to the level of care burden on family caregivers and to identify factors affecting this burden, with the aim of suggesting ways to alleviate the care burden of families of home care recipients. We used data from the 2022 Long-Term Care Survey and employed latent profile analysis and the multinomial logit regression method. Two important outcomes emerged from our analysis. First, family caregivers of home care recipients were categorized into ‘high burden’, ‘medium burden’, ‘low-medium burden’, and ‘low burden’ groups. Second, it was confirmed that various factors affect the classification of the care burden depending on the characteristics of the recipients and family caregivers. Based on the main analysis results, this study suggested that there is a need to strengthen support services for family care providers and recognize leave benefits when using the family care leave system to alleviate the burden of care in the daily lives of family care providers.
