| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 보호대상아동을 시설보호의 부정적 영향으로부터 보호하기 위하여, 가정위탁을 중심으로 가정보호를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 수행되었다. 보호대상아동 가정보호의 개념을 검토하여 가정보호의 정책적 범위를 확인하고자 하였으며, 제도 현황과 실증자료를 분석하여 가정보호 활성화 저해요인 등 쟁점을 도출하였다. 이러한 쟁점에 대응방안을 고려하기 위하여 선험국의 사례를 분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 가정보호의 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. |

It scrutinized the concept of family-based care to delineate its policy boundaries and employed an analysis of the existing system alongside empirical data to pinpoint obstacles and challenges that impede the implementation of family-based care. |
