dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 사회서비스 공급 활성화의 맥락에서 중요하게 다루어졌던 공급기관 규모화 전략을 이론적, 실증적, 정책적 측면에서 다각도로 검토하고, 규모화 전략 마련에 필요한 정책과제를 도출하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 규모화의 가능성과 성과에 대한 실증분석에 초점을 두고, 사회서비스 공급기관의 변동 양상과 규모화에 영향을 미치는 요인, 규모화로 인한 성과를 분석하여, 규모화 정책 수립을 위한 객관적 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 사회서비스 공급기관 규모화 전략의 대상 명확화, 융복합 서비스 제도 확장 등 범위의 경제를 통한 규모화 전략 추진, 산업-노동-복지 정책적 관점에서 규모화의 성과 진단과 전략 마련의 필요성을 제안하였다.
dc.description.abstract	We examined the scale-up strategy of social service organizations from theoretical, policy, and empirical aspects, which has been an important issue in the context of revitalizing the social service industry. Focusing more on empirical analysis of scale-up possibilities and performance, we analyzed the entry, closure, and transition patterns of social service organizations, identified the factors that affect social service organizations’ scale-up, and examined the positive outcomes of scale-up. Based on these findings, we suggested the following policy implications: 1) clarifying the target of the strategy for scaling up social service providers; 2) promoting scaling strategy through economies of scope; and 3) diagnosing the performance of scaling and preparing strategies from the perspective of industrial, labor, and welfare policy.
