dc.description.abstract	65세 이상 노년기는 영양 취약 시기에 해당되며, 이 시기에 적절한 식사돌봄서비스가 제공된다면 노인들이 중증질환으로 이환되는 것을 예방하여 자립적인 일상생활을 유지하게 하는 데 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지역사회 노인들을 유형별로 분류하여 그들의 니즈와 특성을 반영한 식사 및 영양 서비스를 제공하기 위한 조사도구를 개발하고, 그 적용성을 평가한다. 나아가 본 조사 도구의 현장 적용성을 확대할 수 있는 방안을 논의 및 정책적 제언을 한다.
dc.description.abstract	It is well known fact that meal care service for older adults having nutritional vulnerability can prevent them from getting severe disease and promote independent aging in place(AIP). This research develops a new meal needs survey to deliver meal care service catering to individual need, To figures out its applicability in real-world setting, author apply this tool to three different older groups. Based on the results of field study, authors suggest various ways to raise its useage in Korea.
