dc.description.abstract	지역사회보장계획의 체계적 수립을 위해 시행하는 지역사회보장조사는 잠재된 활용성이 높으나, 조사 방법의 한계로 데이터셋의 구축과 활용이 지체되어 왔다. 이 글의 목적은 지역사회보장조사 최초로 제5기 데이터를 전국 단위에서 분석, 결과를 제시하여 조사 성과를 확산시키고 조사의 품질 관리에 관한 인식을 제고하며 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 분석 결과 사회보장 영역별 어려움 경험과 외부 지원 필요성은 돌봄 영역에서 높게 나타났으며, 정책의 시급성과 지자체의 노력을 반영한 사회보장 정책 우선순위는 고용, 주거, 교육과 아동돌봄 영역에서 높게 나타났다. 삶의 만족도와 불균형 인식은 대체로 반비례하였으며, 불균형 인식은 일자리, 문화여가, 의료시설 영역에서 높게 나타났다. 글의 결론으로 전국적으로 표준화된 조사표 개발, 데이터 관리와 활용에서의 개선을 제안하였다.
dc.description.abstract	While the Community Social Security Survey has been considered of significant use for the systematic development of the Community Social Security Plan, some methodological issues concerning the survey have until recently kept work from proceeding to consolidating the survey responses into a unified dataset for wider use. This article analyzes data from the Survey in its 5th wave, the first version ever to have been compiled on a nationwide scale, and discusses the findings and implications as a way to pass on the outcome of the survey to a wider public, with a view to raising awareness among those concerned of the importance of survey quality control as well as suggesting potential options for improvement. Our analysis found that among the many areas of social security, care was a realm where respondents reported having the most difficulties and having needs for support from without. Also, employment, housing, education, and child care were identified as priority areas in need of immediate policy actions and enhanced attention from local governments. Life satisfaction was inversely related to perceptions of cross-regional disparities. Disparities were strongly perceived in the areas of employment, culture and leisure, and healthcare facilities. This study also suggests developing and implementing standardized surveys and questionnaires and improving data management and data use.
