| dc.description.abstract | 본 글에서는 서비스 공급자라 할 수 있는 서비스제공기관과 서비스인력 등 공급자 측면에서 노인장기요양보험을 평가하고 향후 발전방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 노인장기요양보험 서비스제공기관의 공급 현황, 서비스 시장의 운영 현황과 문제점을 평가하고 개선방안을 모색한다. 또한 서비스 인력의 양성체계, 인력의 안정적 공급과 유지, 서비스 질을 제고할 수 있는 인력운영시스템의 구축 등에 대해 평가하고 개선방안을 모색한다. |
