dc.description.abstract	여성은 유방암, 난소암 등 여성 고유의 건강 문제를 가지고 있다. 생애주기별로 신체·생리적 변화와 사회경제적 환경이 여성의 건강에 영향을 미친다. 청소년기부터 노년기까지 5567명의 여성을 대상으로 조사한 ‘2022년 한국 여성의 성·생식 건강조사’ 자료를 분석한 결과 연령이 증가할수록 양호한 주관적 건강 수준은 낮아지고 만성질환이 증가했다. 청소년과 19~39세 초기 성인에서 우울감이 높았다. 청소년과 초기 성인에서 빈혈증과 저체중의 건강 문제가 있었는데, 중장년과 노인에서는 비만과 생식기계 질환을 포함한 주요 만성질환 유병률이 높았다. 저체중과 비만은 노인을 제외한 모든 생애주기에서 주관적 건강 수준과 관련이 있었다. 여성은 생애주기별로 위험 요인과 건강 문제가 달라지므로 생애주기를 고려하여 건강 증진 전략을 마련하고 만성질환 관리를 지원할 필요가 있다.
dc.description.abstract	Women have their own health problems, such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Physical and physiological changes and socioeconomic circumstances affect women’s health throughout the life cycle. The ‘2022 Korean Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Survey’ examined the health status of 5,567 women from adolescence to old age. As age increased, the level of good subjective health decreased, and the number of chronic diseases increased. The prevalence of depression was high among adults aged 19-39. Anemia and low body weight were found in adolescents and early adults, and the prevalence of major chronic diseases, including obesity and reproductive system diseases, was high in middle-aged and elderly people. Underweight and obesity were related to poor subjective health levels in all life cycles except for the elderly. Because women have different risk factors and health problems by life-cycle stage, it is necessary to develop health promotion strategies and support chronic disease management from a life-cycle perspective.
