| dc.description.abstract | 최근 들어 자립준비청년에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고, 정부와 민간의 지원 역시 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 자립지원전담기관 설치와 전담인력 배치로 인해 자립준비청년의 사후관리 체계는 크게 변화하였다. 이러한 변화는 현장의 기대와 혼란을 동시에 가져오기도 한다. 이 글에서는 자립준비청년의 사후관리 현황을 보호종료 이후 연락 여부를 중심으로 살펴보았고, 효과적인 지원을 위한 개선 방안에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, there has been increasing social interest in young adults in preparation for independent living, for whom support from the government and the private sector has been steadily expanding. The system of aftercare for youth in transition to independent living has undergone a substantial transformation as a result of the recent establishment of agencies dedicated to providing support for those youth and staffing them with professional officers. These changes have brought both expectations and bewilderment to the field. In this article, we examine the current status of the aftercare of young adults preparing for independence, focusing on whether they are kept in contact after they are aged out of foster care, and discuss ways to achieve effective support. |
