dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 청년의 미래 삶을 위한, 청년의 자산 및 부채 실태와 자산의 양상 및 복지욕구에 대해 살펴보고, 정책적 함의점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 국내외 문헌을 고찰하고 중앙정부 및 지자체에서 수행하는 자산형성 정책 사례를 살펴보았다. 그리고 청년의 자산 및 부채를 분석하고, 자산을 둘러싼 청년층의 변화된 인식과 태도 그리고 복지욕구를 당사자 관점에서 파악 및 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 청년 미래의 삶을 위한 정책적 함의점을 제시하고자 한다.
dc.description.abstract	This study aims to examine the current status of young adults’ assets and debts, to identify changing attitudes of them towards assets and their welfare needs, and to draw policy implications based on the findings. First of all, this study delves into previous studies on assets and reviews Singapore and domestic cases. Using the Survey of Household Finances and Living Conditions, we analyze young adults’ assets and debts from 2012 to 2021, specifically focusing on young adult heads of households aged 19 to 39 across the nation. Then, FGI interviews are carried out with those aged 19 to 39 living in Seoul Metropolitan Area to find out how they perceive assets and debts, how they accumulate the net asset, and what their welfare needs are in this matter, with the way the current policy can improve. Finally, conclusions are drawn from the mixed method findings, with some limitations and future studies behind.
