| dc.description.abstract | 식품이물은 주로 물리적 위해요소로 정상 식품의 성분이 아닌 물질이 비의도적으로 혼입되어 식품의 안전성이나 품질에 위해를 끼치는 것으로서 그 존재를 육안으로 인식할 수 있는 것으로 인체에 직접 해를 끼쳐서 위해가 되거나 제품의 비위생적인 취급 및 관리의 증거로서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 2007년 대비 식품이물에 관한 소비자 클레임이 3배가량 증가하고 있어 향후 이물혼입 저감화를 위해서는 다음과 같은 관리대책 마련이 필요하다. 이물의 정의 및 범위확대, 보고 및 회수체계 개선, 현장관리 매뉴얼 마련 및 확정, 이물별 최대허용치 마련, 이물혼입 저감화를 위한 x-ray 투시기 등 관련 장비 설치, 교육 정례화 등의 조치가 필요하며, 특히 일반식품에 이물혼입이 0%가 될 수 없음을 교육을 통해 소비자 인식개선을 하여야 할 것이다. |
