| dc.description.abstract | 국민연금기금의 규모가 거대해 짐에 따라 기금운용의 전문성제고가 요구되고 있다. 현재 정부가 추진 중인 기금운용관리체계 개선안은 현재의 제도를 답습하는 모양 을 갖고 있어 이에 대한 보완 방안이 필요하다. 위원의 구성은 7인 보다는 기금의 규모와 투자부문별 전문성등을 고려해 11명으로 늘리는 것이 바람직하며, 기금운용위원회의 보좌 를 위한 연구기능을 가진 사무국이 별도로 있어야만 공사로부터 보고되는 자료의 엄정한 검토가 가능하다. 공사는 핵심 6개 부서에 대해서는 해외의 우수인력을 부사장급으로 채용하는 것이 바람직하다. |
