| dc.description.abstract | 국민기초생활보장제도 모니터링이 제도의 효과적이고 효율적인 작동이라는 실효를 거두기 위해서 정책목표를 수립하고, 이에 맞는 정책방향, 그리고 장단기 과제를 제시할 필요가 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 수급자 관리 및 예산집행 효율화, 사각지대 해소, 정책환류체계 구축이라는 정책목표와 지속적·체계적 모니터링 체계 구축, 모니터링의 법제화, 대상별 모니터링 연계, 여타 복지정책과의 통합적 평 가 등의 정책방향을 제시하고 있다. 또한 이를 위한 단기과제로 모니터링 주체 등을 포함하는 운영방안 개발, 효율적 업무지침 마련, 모 니터링의 법제화 방안 마련 등을, 장기과제로 모니터링 법제화 추진을 제시하고 있다. |
