| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 경우 공적연금과 건강보험, 산재 및 고용보험 등의 사회보험제도를 비롯하여 상당수의 사회보장제도가 아직 제도도입 초기인 관계로 현재 사회보장지출수준은 OECD 국가 중에서도 낮은 수준에 머물러 있다. 그러나 사회보장제도가 성숙단계로 진입하고 최근의 고령화 현상이 지속된다면 연금제도, 의료비 등의 급격한 지출증가가 예상되므로 이로 인해 사회보장제도의 장기 지속가능성에 대한 우려가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 이미 도입된 공적연금, 건강보험, 고용 및 산재보험 등 각종 사회보장제도에 대하여 중장기적 관점에서 지출 및 수입규모 등의 총괄적인 재정상태를 점검할 필요가 있다. 이와 같이 사회보장제도의 중장기적인 재정흐름을 살펴보기 위해서 ILO의 사회보장 재정모형(ILO Social Budget Model)을 이용하여 우리나라의 현재 사회보장제도의 중장기적인 재정추이를 전망할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고자 한다. |
