dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 뇌병변 장애인의 통합 건강관리 서비스를 위한 개인건강기록(e-PHR) 필수 항목을 조사하고 항목의 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 문헌조사, 델파이조사 및 계층분석(AHP)을 장애인, 보호자, 현장전문가, 교수를 중심으로 60명에게 실시하였다. 델파이조사는 신뢰도와 내용타당도비율을 알아보았으며, 계층분석 방법을 활용하여 항목의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 전문가 집단을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 뇌병변 장애인의 개인건강기록 활성화를 위해 필요한 구성은 6개의 상위요인과 62개의 하위요인을 쌍대비교하였다. 항목별 세부 내용은 “건강기록”의 세부 항목 10개, “관리, 알림” 5개, “정보 제공” 7개, “연계 범위” 7개, “재활 분야” 10개, “정책ㆍ제도” 7개, “효율성 및 도움 정도” 16개 문항으로 설문을 구성하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 뇌병변 장애인의 개인건강기록 활성화 및 시스템 구축을 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
dc.description.abstract	This study survey the essential items of personal health record(PHR) for the integrated healthcare service of people with brain lesions and importance priority were identified. For this, we analyzed previous literature and delphi survey, analytic hierarchy process(AHP), were conducted this study on 60 people(disability, guardians, field experts and professors). In the Delphi survey, reliability and content validity ratio were investigated, and the relative importance and priority of items were derived through an expert group using the hierarchical analysis method. As a result, for the composition necessary for the activation of personal health records of persons with brain lesions, 6 high-order factors and 62 low-level factors were compared in pairs. For details of each item, “Health Record”10 details, “Management, Notification” 5, “Information Provision” 7, “Linkage Scope” 7, “Rehabilitation Area” 10, “Policy System” 7, “efficiency and level of help” was composed of 16 questions. Based on these analysis results, this study presented practical and policy implications for activating personal health records and establishing a system for people with brain lesions.
