dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 대학생 집단의 코로나19 백신 접종 행동요인을 파악하고자 하였으며, 독립변수는 인구사회학적 특성과 코로나19 백신 접종에 대한 건강신념, 코로나19에 대한 지식, 건강생활습관 위험요인(흡연, 음주)으로 구성하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 선행연구 검토를 통해 설문지를 제작하였고 총 565명이 응답하였다. 자료 분석은 Stata version16.0을 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 특성 중 학년, 단과대학 요인이 백신 접종에 영향을 주었으며, 코로나19 백신 접종에 대한 건강신념 요인 중 인지된 장애요인과 자기효능감이 백신 접종에 영향을 주었다. 또한, 건강생활습관 위험요인 중 흡연 여부도 백신 접종에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 백신 접종 차이를 알기 위한 후속 연구의 필요성, 대학 내 감염병과 관련된 필수 교양 개설의 필요성, 백신의 안전성 검증을 위한 국가 개입의 필요성 등 백신 접종을 높이기 위한 함의를 제안하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study was to identify the factors of university student group’s behavior regarding COVID-19 vaccination. The independent variables consisted of sociodemographic characteristics, health beliefs regarding COVID-19, knowledge on COVID-19, as well as health lifestyle and habits (smoking and drinking). A questionnaire was prepared through review of previous studies to proceed with the study, which was responded by 565 respondents. Stata version 16.0 was used for data analysis. Key findings are as follows. The student’s year of study and college as sociodemographic characteristics affected vaccination, and health belief factors such as perceived barrier and self-efficacy affected vaccination. Furthermore, among the healthy living risk factors, tobacco use affected vaccination. Based on these findings, suggestions were proposed to increase vaccination rates such as need for follow-up studies to know the difference in vaccination, the necessity for opening mandatory college classes on infectious diseases, and need for national intervention to verify the safety of vaccines.
