| dc.description.abstract | 공공서비스 행정체계가 2006년 7월부터 전국적으로 개편되었다. 새로운 행정체계를 주민생활지원서비스 전달체계라 명명하고 있으며 이 체계가 과거의 문제를 해소 또는 완화하여 줄 것이라는 기대를 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 주민생활지원서비스 전달체계 개편의 목표와 조직구조를 중심으로 강점과 한계를 밝히고 이후 개선방향을 모색함을 목적으로 하였다. 결론적으로 주민생활지원서비스 전달체계로의 개편이 갖는 목표의 모호성이 조직구조에도 영향을 주었으며 결국 개편의 목표를 달성하는데 어려움이 초래되고 있다는 점을 지적하였다. 이후로는 목표의 명확화, 또는 목표의 위계화를 통하여 조직구조에서 가장 우선하여야 할 변화를 분명하게 정리할 필요가 있다는 점을 제안하였다. |
