| dc.description.abstract | 근거 중심의 보건복지정책의 추진과 관련분야 연구의 발전을 위해 체계적이고 지속적인 보건복지통계의 생산체계 구축이 필요하며, 아울러 정책의 수립 및 평가 등에 필요한 기초통계 자료를 효율적으로 생산 제공하기 위한 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 보건복지부 승인통계현황은 총45종으로 보고통계 27종, 조사통계18종으로 구분하여 관리되고 있다. 문제점으로는 신규통계 발굴 및 통계생산의 우선순위 조정, 통계예산의 효율적인 운용 등 총괄적인 조정 기능이 미흡하며, 보건의료정책을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 정확히 평가할 수 있는 지표의 생산관리도 미흡한 상태이다. 향후 개선방안으로는 근거 중심의 보건복지정책 추진을 지원할 수 있도록 통계의 다양성, 신뢰성, 편리성을 강화하는데 중점을 두고자 한다. 통계 조정 권한을 강화하고, 통계용어 등에 대한 표준화 작업을 단계적으로 추진할 것이다. 그리고 신규 통계 발굴을 위한 수요조사 실시와 관련법령 개정 검토를 요구할 예정이며, 통계컨설팅 시행방안도 강구할 것이다. |
