| dc.description.abstract | 2022년은 대선을 치르며 새로운 정책 공약들이 등장하는 해이며, 더불어 국가의 정보화 정책과 통계 정책에서 한 시기의 성과를 거두고 새로운 계획을 준비해 나아가야 하는 해이다.최근 정보통계 관련 정책에서의 주요 환경 변화로는 제6차 국가정보화 기본계획(2018~2022년), 제2차 국가통계 발전 기본계획(2018~2022년), 한국판 뉴딜 2.0 추진 계획, 마이데이터 발전 종합계획, 가상융합경제 발전 전략과 메타버스, 행정·공공기관 정보자원 클라우드 전환 및 통합 추진 계획 등이 있다.이러한 정보통계 관련 정책 환경 변화 내용을 바탕으로 보건복지 정보통계 정책에서 고려해야 할 과제들은 첫째, 보건복지 데이터의 활용성 증대를 위한 보건복지 데이터 통합관리 시스템 구축과 운영이 필요하다. 둘째, 보건복지 마이데이터 서비스 발굴·확산과 제도 보완이 필요하다. 셋째, 보건복지 영역에 대한 메타버스 적용 및 확대가 필요하다. 넷째, 보건복지 빅데이터에 대한 오용 사례 발굴이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 보건복지 통계의 질 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다. |
| dc.description.abstract | 2022 is a year in which new policy promises are made during the presidential election, and the nation's informatization policy and statistics policy must be prepared anew.Major changes in recent information and statistics policies include the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan (2018-2022), the 2nd National Statistical Development Basic Plan (2018-2022), the Korean New Deal 2.0 Promotion Plan, the Comprehensive Plan for My Data Development, strategies for virtual convergence economy development and Metaverse, and plans for Cloud Transformation of administrative and public Institutions.There are several issues to be dealt with in policies on health and welfare information and statistics. First, it is important to establish and implement an integrated health and welfare data management system with a view to promoting the usability of health and welfare data.Second, new My Data services should be created and provided for users of health and welfare data users.Third, the use of metaverse platforms should be expanded to the health and welfare field. Fourth, efforts need to be exerted to improve the quality of health and welfare statistics. |
